Chestnut Barn comfortably sleeps 4 people making it the ideal devon holiday cottage for your family holiday.

The master bedroom has a double bed and TV and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a cot available if needed. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with shower and WC.

On the ground floor there is a comfortably spacious living room leading to kitchen/diner fitted out with all the appliances you will need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen leads to a large utlity room and second WC.

To the rear of the property is a private, lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture and Barbecue facilities. Parking is provided. Access is available to the open paddock field which is adjacent to the barn's garden, Ideal for kids and dogs to run off some energy. Up to 3, well behaved dogs are welcome if we are notified in advance.

Chestnut barn is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding North Devon countryside with it's many winding lanes and intriguing footpaths and bridleways. Horse riding, cycling, fishing and golf are all activities that can be enjoyed locally.

Children are well catered for too with tourist attractions such as 'The Big Sheep' and 'The Milky Way' not too far away, not to mention a whole host of activities such as surfing, rock climbing, canoeing and quad biking all within a 40 minute drive.

Not too far away is the market town of Barnstaple if you need shopping and the surrounding villages offer plenty of pubs, inns and restaurants, brimming with character. The beaches of Instow, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are all within a 30 minute drive and the region as a whole has many tourist attractions including Arlington Court and the Tarka Trail (cycling and walking).
